Examples of innovative Carbon Tech solutions for Real Estate that we are looking for (but not limited to): Communication, Construction/Demolishment Process & Management, Continuity Planning, Customer Service, Energy Sources & Management, Environmental Stewardship & Sustainability, Fire Safety, HR Management, Indoor/Outdoor Planning,
Maintenance/Testing & Inspections, New Material Application, Operational Management,
Project Management, Quality Control, Security, Supply Chain Management.

Your solution will be evaluated by industry experts & advices will be given.

30 finalists from Hong Kong, Mainland China & SEA will share & compete for the "16 Best Solutions".

All 16 teams will be invited to Shanghai, to talk directly with ESG Experts, Carbon Exchange, as well as Real Estate and MetaTech players.

Coaches from our collaborators will help polish your project from tech, commercial & financial aspects.

Your solution will be introduced to Government Departments and Industry Experts which would be your anchor user.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Selection of finalist teams and champion teams for each stream will be based on the following assessment criteria:

Should there be any dispute as to the results of the assessment, the decision of the Judging Panel shall be final.
