Real Estate Hacker’s goal is to help real estate developers and real estate agencies to better understand the purchase preferences and tendencies of potential consumers, so that cold calls can be more targeted which will increase the efficiency of marketing efforts. Potential real estate consumers are divided into two categories: "Home buyers” and “Investors”. Real Estate Hacker applies predictive analytics with different models.
